7. Workflow Tips

Goal
How to Achieve in Dashboard
Lower prevention costs
Use Set a max value for alert refunds (e.g., skip \$5 alerts).
Identify missing coverage
Coverage (Beta) bar < 90 % on Mastercard → check Ethoca enrollment.
Recover false-positive fees
Go to CreditsRequest a credit → select alert IDs.
Investigate descriptor confusion
Filter View All Alerts by Reason = “Unrecognized”; compare descriptors.

8. FAQ Snippets

  • Why is CDRN still “In Progress”? Discover onboarding averages 7–14 days; you’ll see Estimated Live Date.
  • Can I see alerts older than one year? Yes—set the custom range back 24 months; the table exports up to 50k records.
  • Does turning OFF auto-refund stop alerts? No, you’ll still receive alerts; they just won’t auto-credit.
