Integrating with WooCommerce
Follow the steps below to connect WooCommerce to Charge Resolve.
Step 1: Open Settings
- Log in to your WooCommerce admin.
- Click Settings.
- Depending on your WooCommerce version, choose Advanced, API, or WooCommerce in the submenu.
Step 2: Go to REST API
- If you are on the Advanced tab, select REST API.
- Click Add key.
Step 3: Create the API key

Click Generate API key.
Step 4: Copy credentials and connect
- Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret shown on-screen.
- In Charge Resolve, go to Settings → Integrations and click Add under WooCommerce.
- Paste the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, then click Connect.
- Status should display Connected • Active.
Step 5: Add us as a staff user
For faster support, add a new user in WooCommerce with these details:
- Email: onboarding@chargebackautomation.com
- Role: Administrator or Manager
