How to connect Shopify

Connect Shopify to ChargeResolve – detailed plain-text steps

 

1. Create or log in to your ChargeResolve workspace

 

Visit https://chargeresolve.com/auth/register and sign up (or sign in). When the empty dashboard appears, you’re ready.

 

2. Open the Integrations page

 

In the left sidebar select Settings → Integrations. Find the Shopify tile under CRMs and click Add.

 

3. Follow the pop-up’s checklist

 
  • Click the blue link to download our Shopify app (it opens the listing at apps.shopify.com/chargeresolve).
  • In Shopify, press Install and approve the requested permissions.
  • When the ChargeResolve window appears inside Shopify, enter the email you used in Step 1 and press Connect Store.
  • Paste your full store URL (for example my-store.myshopify.com) and click Save.
 

4. Wait for the first data sync

 

Leave the browser tab open for about a minute while orders import. A progress message confirms when syncing is finished.

 

5. Verify the connection

 

Return to ChargeResolve → Home (refresh if needed). You should now see today’s Shopify transactions and “Shopify” listed under Integrations.

 
 

Troubleshooting

 
  • No data after five minutes? In Shopify Admin go to Apps → ChargeResolve → About and click Re-authorise.
  • Multiple stores? Repeat the installation for each store using the same ChargeResolve email.
  • Permissions error? Ensure your Shopify role includes Apps & sales channels › Manage.
