Inviting Team Members to Your Account
Give colleagues secure access in under a minute.
1 · Sign in
Open your merchant dashboard and log in with your admin credentials.
2 · Open Staff
In the top header, click the Staff tab.

3 · Click Add new
Press the Add new button on the right side of the screen.

4 · Enter user details
Field | What to enter |
Name | First and last name of the team member |
Email | Work email address |
Username | Unique username (letters or numbers) |
Password | Temporary password (they can change later) |

5 · Save
Click Save. The new user will appear in your staff list and can log in immediately to help manage disputes and chargebacks.
Need to remove or edit a user later? Return to Staff, select their name, and choose Edit or Deactivate.
